Returns & Exchanges: if upon
receiving your online purchase and your not satisfied for any
reason, you may exchange or return the product for a full refund (
less shipping and any handling, re-stocking fees, that may be
applicable) within 30 days from the date of receiving your product.

All we ask is that the merchandise must
be in the same condition it was received with all it's original
packaging and paper work in place. The way you received your
merchandise from G.C.D. Inc. it is exactly the way we need to get
it back!
All Returns, Re-Stocking Fees &
Handling Charges and or exchanges are handled on a case by case
basis.
Any and all electronic items that require any amount of voltage are
non-refundable.
Returns are credited to the original purchasers and by original
payment method.
Any customer wishing to return an item
or items purchased within the 30 days of receipt of such item or
items are required to contact G.C.D. Inc. by email at:

immediately upon encountering issue with the product or products
purchased.
In the case of a return or exchange,
customers are required to contact G.C.D. Inc. by email at: golfcardiscount@aol.com
to obtain an RMA #. (Return Materials Authorization Number) and the
address to return the product. The R.M.A. # must be clearly written
on outside of the box of the return shipment. All returns received
without an R.M.A # will be refused.
Any returns sent back with out an R.M.A. # (Return Materials
Authorization Number) will be refused.
All returns are at the sole discretion of Golf Car Discounters Inc.
All policies are subject to change with out prior notification.
Upon G.C.D. Inc. receiving merchandise for a refund please be
advised it will take 3 to 4 weeks to process the return.
Repackaging fees are deducted against
any credits due to customer for missing paper work and missing or
damaged original packaging.
Returns must be received within 10 days
of shipping and with a shipping post mark within the “30 Day Return
Policy” of receipt of your merchandise. Returns must be in original
package, and unused and or un-installed. The way you received your
merchandise is the way it must be returned and with all paper work
and warranty information in tack! There are no exceptions.
Customer is advised to obtain shipping insurances as needed when
returning products. G.C.D. Inc. can not be held accountable for any
lost or damaged merchandise being returned. If an error occurred on
our part in shipping your order, we will issue a credit for any
applicable shipping. Otherwise all returns are shipped back to
G.C.D Inc. at customers expense.
All returns and exchanges received
improperly or not as outlined in G.C.D. Inc. “Terms Of Service &
Privacy Statement” are subject to a 15% re-stocking.

Shipping & Tracking:
Domestic: Customers
wishing to track their orders shipped through G.C.D. Inc. can do so

the web link to the shippers tracking page and your specific
tracking number for your order so that you may track you order.
Additional Shipping charges will be applied to all orders that are
oversized, require special handing, or can not be shipped through
U.P.S. or Fed Ex. and or require special & handling shipping. If
your order was damaged, mis delivered or tampered with while in
transit, please contact Customer Service within 3 business days of
delivery. If your order was lost while in transit, please contact
Customer Service within 7 business days of not receiving your

International Shipping Now Available!
We have partnered with Bongo International Parcel and Mail Forwarding to service our international customers.
Bongo International provides its customers with their very own US address (not a P.O. Box). Once you have a US address, you will be able to make purchases with us as well as other US based online retailers. Bongo receives your purchases and logs them into their online system where you can consolidate them with other orders.
This process saves international customers up to 82% off typical international shipping rates.

Cancellation of Orders:
You can cancel an order after you've
completed it, provided that we have not already finished processing
the order for shipment.* To cancel after your order is completed,
call Customer Service at 800-351-3316 from 8 am. to 4 pm. (EST)
M-F.
*We will do our best to act on your request to cancel orders after
you have placed them. However, we fill orders quickly and may have
already processed your order for shipping. If we are unable to
cancel your order before it has been processed, you can return any
unwanted items to us after you receive them provided the guidelines
outlined in the returns and exchanges sections are met.
Defective Products. Defective products are
handled on a case by case basis.
Many items we sell are of a sensitive electronic and mechanical
nature. By installing the part incorrectly or being installed by a
unqualified mechanic can permanently damage the part there by
voiding all manufactures/G.C.D.’s warranties and are
non-refundable. If a return/refund /exchanges deemed applicable and
if only authorized by G.C.D. all shipping costs will be incurred by
the customer. All Golf Car returns are subject to a 50% restocking

Exchanges & Upgrades Exchanges must be approved in advance and customer must obtain
an RMA #. (Return Materials Authorization)
Exchange process can take 10 to 15 business days to process.
Exchanges must be received within 15 days of customers receiving
receipt.
Exchanges must be in original package, un-opened and unused and or
un-installed. The way you received your merchandise is the way it
must be returned and with all paper work and warranty information
in tack! There are no exceptions.
Product exchanges must be in condition received or refund may be
denied.
Purchaser is advised to obtain shipping insurances as need.
• Indicate on back of packing slip, the RMA #, the item you are
returning, the reason and the new item(s) you want sent.
• Please be as specific as possible when describing the new item
and include the part number.
• Then enclose the invoice with your return.
• The item returned will be credited to the original payment method

• Applicable restocking fees listed in the returns policy above may
apply.
• Shipping charges for the returned item are not refundable.
